Macha Solar Power Station consist of 4 zones or “groups” of solar power plants “3 of them are 5MWp (Megawatt peak) /3.96MW and one is 4.55MW/3.6MW’, generating 19.58/15MWac (Mega-Watt, Alternating Current), connected to 4 hangers containing inverters, all controlled through a control building located at the main entrance of the project near the main street, distributed on a total area of 15.2 Hectares, designed with consideration to the local conditions regarding sun orientation and sunlight hours, wind speed and direction, rainfall statics, and topography of the site.

This station is a Hybrid station that works in 2 modes first mode is a PV-Diesel Hybrid system with gensets (Generator Set) in the current situation we will have a total 20 MVA (Megavolt Ampere) Load. 15.48 MVA from Solar and 5 to 20 MVA from generators. Second Mode: On the Grid system when the grid is available or when they operate the main power station.
